Welcome to Foxy Aesthetics. We are committed to providing a professional, respectful, and safe environment for all visitors, clients, and personnel. This Visitors Policy outlines the rules and conditions applicable to anyone who enters our premises or uses our services.
1. Purpose
The purpose of this policy is to support the safety, comfort, privacy, and well-being of visitors and team members, as well as to ensure the clear and professional delivery of our services.
2. Scope
This policy applies to:
- Clients receiving services
- Accompanying persons, where this has been arranged with us in advance
- Suppliers and other visitors to the studio
3. Rules of Conduct
To ensure a calm, safe, and pleasant environment for everyone, we ask all visitors to follow these rules:
- Please treat our personnel and other visitors with courtesy and respect.
- Aggressive, abusive, threatening, or disruptive behaviour is not permitted.
- Accompanying persons and children are permitted only by prior arrangement with us.
- Please keep mobile phones on silent mode. Video calls and loud conversations are not permitted during a treatment, except in urgent circumstances.
- Photography, video recording, or audio recording of other visitors, staff members, or procedures is not permitted without prior explicit consent.
- Please help us maintain the cleanliness of the studio and take care of its property.
- Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule your appointment where necessary to avoid affecting subsequent scheduled appointments.
- If you have a question or experience any concern or inconvenience, please speak to a member of our team first so that we can work together to find a calm and appropriate solution.
4. Refusal or Termination of Service
We may refuse or terminate a service where this is necessary to protect health, safety, hygiene, the calm environment of the studio, or to comply with applicable professional requirements.
This may occur, for example, in cases of:
- aggressive, threatening, abusive, or seriously disrespectful behaviour;
- visible signs of an infectious illness or a condition that may pose a risk to the client, the team, or other visitors;
- contraindications to a specific procedure;
- failure to comply with the studio’s safety, hygiene, or conduct rules;
- circumstances in which the service cannot be performed safely or professionally.
Decisions are made on an individual, objective, and non-discriminatory basis. Where possible and appropriate, we will explain the reason and offer to reschedule the appointment or provide a suitable alternative.
5. Video Surveillance
Video surveillance is used in the studio for security purposes and to protect people and property.
The indoor camera covers only the entrance and waiting area. The outdoor camera covers the entrance, façade, and the necessary adjacent area. The cameras do not record audio and are not directed at treatment areas, sanitary facilities, or other private spaces.
Video surveillance is carried out in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Personal Data Protection Act.
Recordings are automatically retained for up to 7 days for the indoor camera and up to 14 days for the outdoor camera. Access is limited to authorised persons only.

6. Health and Hygiene
- If you are feeling unwell or have symptoms of an infectious illness, please contact us to discuss rescheduling your appointment.
- For health and hygiene reasons, we ask visitors to arrive in a condition that allows the service to be performed safely.
- All instruments and surfaces are disinfected in accordance with hygiene requirements.
7. Appointments and Cancellations
- Please notify us at least 4 hours in advance if you need to cancel or change your appointment.
- In the event of frequent lateness, no-shows, or last-minute cancellations, we may require advance payment for future bookings. Any advance payment terms will be communicated in advance.
